Basically, hydrogen peroxide is water to which an atom of oxygen has been added. This means that it breaks down quickly and harmlessly into water and oxygen.

Here are some interesting facts about hydrogen peroxide:

- Hydrogen peroxide is present in all living matter.

- Your white blood cells naturally produce hydrogen peroxide. It is used to fight bacteria and infections that attack your body.

- Fruits and vegetables naturally produce hydrogen peroxide. This is one of the reasons why fresh fruits and vegetables are good for your health.

- Breast milk secreted in the first days after childbirth (colostrum) has a high content of oxygenated water. This oxygenated water is transferred to the newborn and stimulates its immune system.

- There is also oxygenated water in rainwater. This is because rainwater receives an additional atom of ozone. Therefore, this water accelerates the growth of your plants.
