Battez un jaune d'oeuf dans un bol.

Puis, massez votre cuir chevelu et vos cheveux avec le jaune d'oeuf battu.

Laissez agir 2 min, puis rincez vos cheveux SANS utiliser de shampooing.

Dès que vous constatez que l'un des symptômes du rhume ou de la grippe pointe le bout de son nez (reniflements, mal de gorge, etc.), hachez finement une gousse d'ail.

Coupez en 2 un pamplemousse de taille moyenne.
