Coffee stains happen fast—whether it's a morning spill by the coffee machine, a lunchtime mishap at the restaurant, or an evening accident while watching TV.
The longer you wait, the more the stain sets in and becomes stubborn to remove.
Fortunately, as stain removal specialists know, baking soda is a trusted, effective solution for tackling even dried coffee stains.

1. Wet the stain with cold water.
2. Pour 1 teaspoon of baking soda directly onto the stain.
3. Rub the fabric gently for a few minutes to work the baking soda into the fibers.
4. Let it sit for at least 1 hour—the longer, the better.
5. Wash the garment in the machine as usual.
Your coffee stain should now be completely gone! :-)
If a faint mark lingers after drying, fill a basin with water and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda. Soak the garment overnight, then machine wash.
This method works reliably on both white and colored fabrics, for any garment like T-shirts or shirts.
For fresh stains, act immediately: Rinse with cold water right away. Avoid hot water, as it can set the stain permanently.
