Freeze beans, if overproduced.

Many of you ask me this question:what to do with the overproduction of green beans?

First, remember the chores peeling and plan for staggered sowing next year...

You can also freeze them:

– Put the beans, stalked and washed, in boiling water and unsalted

– Leave them for 2 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling again (this is called blanching them)

– Remove them from boiling water and plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking.

– Spread them on a well-absorbent cloth and pat them dry with another one

– Leave them for a few hours in the fridge, in a dish

– Put the beans in a freezer bag and then in the freezer
