Dealing with the sharp smell of fresh paint in your home? It's particularly unpleasant in bedrooms or living areas. The good news: a straightforward trick neutralizes these odors effectively.
Simply stir 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract into your paint bucket before you begin.
1. Before painting, add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the paint bucket.
2. Use 1 tablespoon per 3 to 4 liters of paint.
Your space will fill with a pleasant vanilla scent instead. This method doesn't alter the paint color but effectively masks harsh odors.
