How to

1. Cover the bottom of your pan with baking soda.

2. Pour very hot water into the pan.

3. Leave on for at least 15 min.

4. Rub the pan with the non-scratchy side of a sponge.

5. Rinse the pan with hot water.

I have used this trick several times to clean traces of burnt milk from the bottom of the pan or very dirty casserole dishes. And it also works very well.
