Want to clean your makeup brushes, sponges or puffs?
To avoid the profusion of bacteria, it is essential to clean them regularly.
My beautician gave me a handy trick to disinfect them easily at home.
The economical trick is to use baking soda. I tested, and it works. Watch:
1. Pour into a container 1 liter of water.
2. Add 4 tablespoons of baking soda.
3. Immerse your brushes and other utensils in it.
4. Leave on overnight.
5. Rinse.
And there you have it, you have recovered a clean beauty kit naturally :-)
The little problem with my trick is that I don't think about taking them out of the bin in which I let them soak before I needed them.
So to avoid waiting 3 hours for them to dry, I use my hair dryer. In 15 seconds they are dry and clean.
Considering the price of a beauty kit, it is essential to know how to clean it and thus keep it as long as possible.
I confess that I have never purchased makeup cleanser in store. But I looked on the internet for the price of makeup cleanser to find out how much it costs. I found products between €4 and €30 (yes, you read that right) to clean his brushes!
Even comparing against a $4 cleaning spray, baking soda is still much cheaper. Indeed, it is its price per kilo ! And then, it's practical, we always have this magical product at hand.
