- 1 bottle of white vinegar
- 1 old toothbrush
- 1 pan
1. Unplug the machine and empty the dishwasher completely.
2. Pull the bottom basket completely out and remove it from the tub.
3. Unclip the bottom spray arm, the one in the tub.
4. Lift it up to remove it completely.
5. Unscrew the nut holding the upper arm and set it aside carefully.
6. Remove the upper arm.
7. Run water from the tap through each arm.
8. Water should flow freely from all holes.
9. If not, food debris or limescale is blocking them.
10. Use a toothpick to gently poke and clear the holes.
11. Heat some white vinegar in the pan.
12. Pour it over and into the arms.
13. Scrub with an old toothbrush.
14. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
15. Clip the lower arm back into place.
16. Screw the upper arm back on securely.
17. Verify both arms rotate normally.
18. Ensure the nut is tight.
19. Reinsert the basket.
20. Confirm arms spin freely with baskets in place.
21. Close the door.
22. Plug in and run a short cycle to test.
