A very bad experience. Order still not received after fifteen days. A message to customer service gave as an answer that he did not know when I was going to be delivered following August 15 and a sick leave (!). He advises me to contact customer service. I strongly advise against this French site.
–Answer from Scenolia: We did experience some delivery delays the week of August 15 and we apologize. We have offered affected customers to cancel their order and receive a full refund. You can contact us for compensation following this delay. Everything is now back to normal and our deadlines are respected for new orders.

Plexi product quality
MINT BRIDGE Panoramic wallpaper 3 m x 2.7 m - Textile canvas in strips. Nothing to say about the delivery time and the quality of the product (textile canvas). Fairly easy installation. On the other hand, although it is specified that in 300 x 270 format a cropping will be carried out, it is regrettable not to know (or see) how this will be done...and a bad surprise when unpacking, the last strip is purely removed...while it is the one that makes the charm of the visual! The result is still very pretty, but there is still a hint of disappointment.
–Scenolia's response: We are going to perfect our system so that the correct framing is visible by choosing the 300 x 270 format, on as many visuals as possible. Thank you for your opinion which will allow us to improve our service.

–Scenolia's answer: Yes, 60 cm is a bit narrow for a door. How did you put it on your door? We will be releasing door posters in a few weeks, in standard sizes :) . Patience...
VILLA PARADISIA Vertical poster XL 1.50 m 150 x 240 cm - Tearproof paper. I find the image a bit bland compared to what I thought I had seen on the site.
–Scenolia's response: I'm sorry you're disappointed. Sometimes the screen settings change the colors of the image a little. We had never had a comment before on this one. We will recheck our image.
