How I made my Earring Holder in 30 min.

Your earrings are spread out on your desktop, if not have a place to store them properly? Me too, but that was before. Here's how to make a pretty earrings holder in 30 min.

Pretty as anything, I love jewelry, I have lots of pairs of earrings that I buy cheap to have a choice and match them to each outfit. Result :they pile up on my desk, gather dust and I can't find my way around.

So I looked in stores for how much a jewelry holder could sell for. . And there, I was very surprised:there was nothing less than 20 € ! In addition, they were far from my taste.

That's how I got into DIY . "I don't have time for that" you say? Me neither, but I assure you that in 30 minutes the case is settled. The earring holder is yours worthy of displays in jewelry stores.

Materials needed:

- a cork board

- a fabric that you have chosen according to your tastes and colors. Mine will be green, since it's spring.

- thick threads or fine wire

- bedbugs

Making of the earring holder:

1) Apply the fabric on the corkboard . You can hang it with the pushpins very easily.

2) Take your sons iron or your thick wires and make like a loop with, so you can hang your earrings on it.

3) With a thumbtack , fix the thread on the cork board, in the place you want. There you go, you can hang your earrings directly on it.

And now, voila. All you have to do is put your earrings directly in it, hanging on the wires. Simple, isn't it?

Savings Achieved

As I told you above, a jewelry holder costs at least 20 € , but very often we even go up easily to 40 € as long as it is a little design.

This type of jewelry holder can be very pretty and you can find them in all shapes:hands, trees, etc., but you'll have to take out your wallet.

I prefer to keep my money to buy new pairs of earrings and put them on my self-made jewelry holder . Beyond my earrings, I also put all my accessories in them. . It's a lot less of a mess on my desk now!
