How to turn jars into a herb garden.

Today I'm going to show you how to grow fresh herbs by recycling old jars in glass.

What you need

- 1 old wooden board

- 3 aromatic herb plants

- 3 glass jars

- 3 stainless steel clamps

- 2 hooks and 1 frame hook

- iron wire

- slate effect paint + 1 brush

- masking tape

- chalk

- pencil

- hammer, nails and screwdriver

How to turn jars into a herb garden.

1. Place the jars at regular intervals on the wooden board.

2. With the pencil, trace the outline of the jars to clearly mark their location on the board.

3. Stick the masking tape on the board, so as to make rectangles for the location of the labels.

4. Paint the rectangles with the slate effect paint, as in the photo above.

5. Secure the clamps to the wooden board, driving a nail through the small holes in the clamp.

6. At the back of the board, nail the two frame hangers and stretch wire between them.

7. Plant aromatic herbs in the glass jars.

8. Put the jars in the clamps and tighten them with the screwdriver.

9. Nail the frame hook to a wall in your kitchen and hang your beautiful herb display!
