5. Reassemble the turntable if adjustments are needed.
6. Position the frame onto the turntable.
7. Drill holes in the base of the rack.
8. Drill matching holes in the top of the turntable.
9. Tap threads into the turntable holes to accept machine screws.
10. Fasten the frame securely to the turntable with machine screws.
