Print and Cut

Print the banner letters and cut them out with a circle cutter to make 4-inch circles.

Cut paper for medallion

Cut the scrapbook paper into four 3-inch strips.

Fold Medallion

Fold the strips in an accordion pattern with each fold measuring 3/4 inch.

Attach two locket pieces

Glue two strips end to end after they are both accordion-folded.

Attach two medallion pieces

Tape the two ends of the long piece of accordion-folded paper together to make a circle.

Support and fold

Flatten the circle so all the edges meet at the center.

Subject letter

Paste a letter on each silver locket. Use a large amount of hot glue and keep it for several minutes until the glue is dry.

Tie it together

Punch two holes in the top of each silver medallion and snap the medallions together.
