Use a cutting blade on a rotary tool to carefully cut off the tops of the doll heads. Then, detach the head from the body.

If desired, remove the eyes. For vintage porcelain doll heads, pre-existing holes for hair and eyes often eliminate the need for cutting.

Add a small amount of soil inside the doll head, then plant your greenery. Finish by tucking moss around the edges.
Display the planters in cups, vases, or other containers for a striking effect.
