Tie the ribbon in a bow around the back of your child's neck. This will give your fairy dress a halter strap to hold the dress up and keep it secure.

Make the belt

Cut a 2-yard piece of ribbon. Cut out 5-8 different sized flowers from different areas outside of the flower garland. Use a hot glue gun to attach the back of the flowers directly to the center of the ribbon. Cover about 10 inches in the center. Let the hot glue dry/cool completely.

Make the headband

To make a floral wreath, you will need a floral garland, wire, and sturdy scissors. Cut the floral garland so you have a 2 foot piece.

Gather the floral garland so the ends slightly overlap, creating a circle. Use a 5” piece of wire to carefully wrap the ends. Wrap the wire very securely and tuck the ends of the wire back into the garland so they don't poke your child on the head. You can also wrap some green tape over the ends of the wire.
