Unwind the spool of baling wire to a 14-inch length, then cut with wire snips.
Use needle-nose pliers to bend each end of the 14-inch cable into a hook shape. For a snug fit once the wire is used for support, hold the needle-nose pliers one inch from the end of the baling wire, then create a one-inch length of hook, the ideal size to hold the horseshoe firmly in place instead.
About 2 1/2 inches down from the tip of the hooked end, bend the wire again to form the bottom of the bracket.
Insert the hooked ends up through the integrated holes in the horseshoes, then lean the horseshoe against the wire support.
Trace the silhouette of a banner onto your craft paper. Cut out the shape with scissors, and then use a hole punch to create a hole in the top left of the banner and one in the bottom right.
Use colored markers and decorative paper to personalize the banner with outlined details. When you're done, thread string or strands of hay through the drilled holes.
Press letter stamps onto an ink pad, then press the stamp onto the banner to spell out each guest's name.
Hold the banners to the front of the horseshoes, then secure them in place with string or hay.
