Vintage beaded sweaters are a rare and hard thing to find when looking for antiques. If you are lucky enough to lend a hand, it will most likely cost you a bit. With the help of fabric paint, you can make your own version. Use round sponge brushes to make polka dots and a fine tipped fabric paint to create the effect of raised beads. This option also allows you to choose the color scheme you want.

Once you have the craft store tool for making covered buttons, no boring button will be safe! They come in different sizes and the possibilities for fabric coverings are endless.
