Measure and cut a piece of wire long enough to wrap securely around the base of the cactus pot.
Secure one end of the streamer to the pot to prevent slipping, then carefully wrap it around (watch your fingers!) and fasten the other end.
Alternate colors until all your cute mini cacti are decorated. Arrange them on a tray for guests to take home as memorable favors.
