
Cut a circle from the backing sheet of a sheet protector, about 1-2 inches larger than the cardboard roll's opening. Secure the plastic to one end of the roll with a rubber band. For a snug fit, make small cuts around the plastic's edge. Repeat for the second roll.

Wrap each roll with decorative paper and secure it smoothly with clear tape for a vibrant, professional finish.


On the uncovered end of each roll, punch two holes opposite each other. Align the rolls and thread a rubber band through the holes to join them (Image 1). Cut a long piece of string or twine and tie the ends through the outer holes to form a neck strap (Image 2). Secure the inner connection with a shorter piece of string through those holes.
