As a crafter with over a decade of holiday DIY experience, I always start with a sturdy base. Attach a simple hanging hook to the back of your wooden wreath ring for easy display.

Draw three or four flower petal shapes on cardboard and cut them out. Use these as templates to trace additional petals, aiming for 28 to 32 pieces total in varying sizes. Arrange them around the wreath ring to ensure full coverage.

Pin the cardboard petals to the back of your white fluff fabric, then trace and cut the shapes, leaving about 1/4 inch extra around the edges for a seamless wrap.

Apply glue to the back of the fluff fabric and press it onto the cardboard petals. Allow the fluffy edges to slightly overlap the cardboard for that plush, realistic look.

Hot glue the fabric-covered petals onto the wooden wreath ring. Overlap them randomly for a natural, full appearance. The inner ring edge may peek through slightly—we'll cover it next.

For a polished finish, glue purple buttons along the inner edge of our wreath. Start with the largest ones, layering smaller buttons on top. Leave a small gap off-center for the bow.

Form your bow by extending the ribbon to create long tails and the desired number of loops. Gather the loops tightly, secure with another ribbon piece, and hot glue to the wreath. Trim excess ribbon for a tidy look.
