Download and print the background paper and silhouette ovals. Trim the background paper into 3-1/2" x 5" rectangles using scissors or a paper cutter. Carefully cut out the silhouette ovals with scissors.
Apply glue around the oval's edge with a small brush. Generously sprinkle glitter over the glue, then tap off the excess. Allow to dry completely.
For a layered effect, secure the glittered oval to the background paper using foam adhesive dots.
Punch a small hole in each top corner of the background paper. Thread yarn through the holes and tie into a bow for easy hanging.
