You'll need paper straws, scissors or paper cutter, cardstock, and clear tape.

Start by cutting 5" x 1" strips of cardstock. Each plane requires three strips.

With strips cut, tape two together at the ends, creating one 5-inch strip and one about 10 inches long.

Tape the ends of the shorter strip into a small circle, then repeat with the longer strip for a large circle.

Secure one end of the straw inside the large circle with tape.

Attach the small circle to the opposite end of the straw using tape.
