Cut flowers to desired length, approximately 4" to 5" is recommended.
Arrange the flowers as desired and secure the bottom stems with plastic wrap. Then wrap the bottom of the stems with floral tape, covering the plastic wrap. Start at the top of the stem, about 1/2” below the flowers, and work your way down. Be sure to cover the bottom of the stems, as you don't want to stain your suit or tuxedo.
Cut one or two pieces of ribbon about 10" to 12" long. Tie a bow around the flower stems; Cut off the excess ends of the tape. Use Fray Check to prevent the tape from unraveling.
Use a floral pin to pin the flower to the lapel.
