How to make cupcake flags

Step 1

Cut Pages

Cut the book pages into 3/4" wide strips.

Step 2

Ribbon Banner

Apply double-sided tape to the length of the paper. Place the lollipop bar in the center and fold the strip in half. Tip:The bar doesn't need to be perfectly centered, as it will clip the paper.

Step 3

Create colon flag

Use scissors to cut at a 90-degree angle to create the two-point flag shape.
